Gavin Watters
Our founder, Gavin Watters, is a senior property development professional.
He felt the property industry’s response to the complex and often conflicting needs of today’s society wasn’t positive enough. So, he created New Construct to provide a simpler, more intelligent response.
Prior to founding New Construct in 2018, Gavin spent 13 years at U+I Group Plc, undertaking several roles including Development and Trading Director and Acquisitions Director.
Gavin holds an MSC in European Property Development from UCL, a BA in Town Planning and has studied L’aménagement du territoire at the Sorbonne in Paris.
Gavin lives in West London with his wife and young family.
