A 50/50 joint venture between U+I Group Plc and Grainger Plc. New Construct act as U+I’s representative and manage all aspects of the project.

The site’s planning situation is both interesting and complicated, as the site now sits outside normal planning policy due to the CPO. The JV is preparing a section 17 application incorporating c. 2.4m sqft of mixed-use development.
